CLAUDETTE also speaks of intergenerationality: of grumpy grandparents and grandchildren full of vitality, a source of energy in the lives of the elderly. CLAUDETTE tells us, comically and poetically, about those moments of play and complicity shared by grandparents and grandchildren. It’s a puppet and juggling show, inspired by Sara, the performer’s grandmother, who had dreamt of being an artist but, like many women her age, had to abandon her dreams to serve others.
